Elements Casino Mohawk, west of Toronto

The gaming floor holds over 1,300 slots and e-tables. Great Canadian Entertainment runs the casino and describes it as always open, 7 days a week. Table games run daily from 12 PM to 6 AM. The $5 low-limit tables start later: 6 PM Thursday to Saturday, and 2 PM on Sunday.

Poker keeps its own schedule. It runs Thursday to Sunday from 12 PM to 4 AM, a shorter window than the main tables. Poker tournaments run from September 1 to December 31, 2026. Players heading over for a tournament should confirm the schedule on the venue's own site, and check holiday hours there too.

Food comes in two forms here. The Eatery is 19+. The Great Canadian Buffet runs Thursday to Sunday, priced from $19.99 for members. Parking is free, and DJ Nights run on Fridays and Saturdays.

Entry is 19+ with a valid original government-issued photo ID, and a secondary ID may be requested. The rule is "We ID under 30." Smoking or vaping is prohibited outside designated areas, and cannabis is banned on the property. Members use Great Canadian Rewards, the same loyalty card as at Great Blue Heron.

Seen from Port Perry, Elements Casino Mohawk lies 108.1 km away in a straight line, west of Toronto. Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, at 68.1 km, is well short of that. The draw for some is poker, which runs here Thursday to Sunday, 12 PM to 4 AM. Great Blue Heron's tables run to blackjack, roulette, squeeze baccarat and other table games.
